Swami Chidanand Ji Maharaj 'Muni Ji'

Muniji of Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, is a fountain head of inspiration and guidance for the school. Under his inspiration, his disciple Ms Beena Stevenson provided  funds to build a new school wing by the name of CTD Foundation School. This CTD Foundation school has dramatically enhanced the educational facilities and teaching standards provided by the school.

Swami Ji has been generous in many ways and published a book on environment under the caption Bhartiyata aur Paryavaran (Indianness and the Environment) written by Dr.S.B.Misra. Swami Ji has helped the school management start the 'Parmarth Prashikshan Kendra (Parmarth Training Centre) where young girls and homemaker women are taught tailoring. Future plans include typing and food processing courses.

Swami Pathik Ji Maharaj

Swami Pathik Ji Maharaj suppoted  the school in constructing four rooms through funding by the Pathik Sewa Samiti. Pathik Ji was a great philanthropist and helped build schools in Baharaich, Kanpur Dehat, Saad and many other places. The rooms financed by the Samiti were some of the first concrete rooms to be constructed.



 

Shri Bhagawati Singh


Shri Bhagwati Singh, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), has been a great source of inspiration to the school management. He helped the school build two rooms through his discretionary development funds and sanctioned socioeconomic programmes, a hand pump for drinking water and other facilities.

 

 


 

Mrs. Satya Gupta

 

Mrs. Satya Gupta of Lucknow has been active member of the Pathik Sewa Samiti and she helped the school in more than one ways. She distrtibutes warm clothes to the school children and needy women through school management; She is presently financing child nutrition scheme of the school through which the children are given refreshment in the mid-day.


Shri Sharat Pradhan

Senior journalist Sharat Pradhan gave a new voice to the school by raising issues related to it in the UP state government. His help has been crucial to the school.


Ms Nidhi Razdan

NDTV news anchor Nidhi Razdan funds a monthly scholarship for meritorious students in every class, a competition that has drawn out the best among the children and often witnesses girls beating the boys.


 

Ms Shruti Gupta

 

Also of NDTV, Shruti supports a scholarship for financially or physically challenged girl students.


Late Shri K.L.Shukla

 

Late Prof. R.C.Misra
Prof. Misra was the Head of the Geology Department of Lucknow University(founder president of the school management)


Late Shri K.L.Shukla
Shri Krishna Lal Shukla was a social worker who remained the Manager of the school management committee. During his tenure as manager, the school got permanent recognition in 1982 and was put on grants in aid list by the state Govt. in the year 1998


Late Shri J.B.L.Gupta

 
Guptaji was the Secretary of Aminabad Vyapar Mandal(Lucknow), Secretary of the Pathik Seva Samiti and the Vice President of the school management committee. He used to arrange distribution of warm clothes to the school children and needy villagers through school management.

Late Shri K.L.Shukla

Shri V.V.N. Simharao


Shri V.V.N.Simharao, Electronics Corporation of India, is founder member of the school management committee and has been associated with the school management for thirty long years. He was instrumental in starting several of the socio-economic programmes by the school.


 

Dr. Prashant Kumar


Dr. Prashant Kumar, Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT, Kanpur spared lots of time and energy in shaping the school in the initial stages and in plantation work in the school compound.


 

Prof. B.Sahai


Prof. Sahai, Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT, Kanpur was of great help in consultation and planning in the initial stages of the school.

 

Prof. A.S.R.Sai


Prof. Sai, Structures Lab, Department of Civil Engineering, IIT, Kanpur helped in building the first pucca room of the school.



Km Sushma Shukla
The manager of Mahavir Vidya Mandir, Kursi Road Lucknow helps the school activities through guidance, assistance and participation. She is a social worker herself and takes keen interest in the activities of the school.
